Timothy Brogan is Assistant Vice President of Public Affairs and Policy at the Pharmaceutical Care Management Association. In this capacity, he develops and implements the association’s strategic research and policy initiatives to highlight the PBM industry’s value proposition and defend PBM tools at both the federal and state levels.
Mr. Brogan has more than 15 years of experience in public policy research, analysis, and communications with Washington-based trade associations. Prior to joining PCMA he directed policy research for the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA) and subsequently, the American Staffing Association (ASA). Mr. Brogan has served on the board of directors of the Whitman Walker Clinic and the Arlington County Human Rights Commission.
